    I’ve never had any problems with iyogi tech engineers, so I don’t think I would ever need this form. However, this would surely help the unfortunate ones who are not happy with iYogi technicians. This is a good effort by iyogi to listen to the complaints of their unhappy customers.

    every time I call iyogi…. I face problem in understanding their accent. They are slow and hard to understand. But their professional technical support services are extremely professional and overcome their accent problem completely…… I am not using this iyogi complaints form to brag about their shortcomings but to appreciate the amount of efforts and skills they put in to fix the problem.

    iYogi complaints form really works. I registered my complaint and within days I got a call from them. I was surprised by the eagerness of the representative to resolve my case and comfort me with exceptional tech support. Instead of being defensive about what had happened from their end, he empathized with my situation and gave me a helping hand. Impressive!

    I raised a complaint as the technician charged me for 3-year annual subscription instead of annual subscription plan. I was surprised with the speed these guys handle their customer complaints. I got a call from iyogi the very next day and the supervisor apologized for the mistake. He promised to refund me my money and within next 7 days, I got my money back into my account. That was really quick!

    A brilliant and smart step by iYogi that will not only help them win applauds for their service commitments but will also help them win their estranged customers. However, it is not easy to take complaints and negative feedbacks right on your face. I congratulate iYogi for showing up a brave face and wish them all the best for their success…

    This is a smart move by iYogi to connect to their disappointed or estranged customers and make them believe in iYogi once again. I’ve already tried it once when I registered my complaint and got a call from them the very next day. The biggest thing which I liked was that the technician didn’t sound defensive; rather he was quite helpful.

    Every time I call these iyogi people, they put my call on hold and continue with I don’t know what! More so, I can never make out what they are speaking. So, one day I did place a complaint. As usual, they took 3 days to revert to me. But yes they did and I’m happy that I could find a way to reach them. Not only this, they also heard my problem patiently and apologized for the inconvenience caused by them.

    I raised a complaint to iyogi through their complaint form. Weeks back one of their technicians had misguided me and despite my being polite towards him, he seemed to be at a loss of sensibilities. After raising complaint, I got a call from iyogi after 2 days. They assured me that this would never happen again and also apologized for the disappointment caused by their technician. I appreciate this initiative by these guys.

    The iYogi complaints form is a better way to reach out to these people than phone calls because no matter how many times you try to connect to them, you will surely be put on an endless wait session. Also, how much they will be able to address your complaints over phone is one thing I am not sure of. If you ever have to raise an incident with the supervisors for any miscommunication with a technician, I would strongly recommend that you use this platform. I have been with this tech support firm for over a year and the technicians have so far managed to resolve my issues successfully via remote sessions.

    iyogi complaints form is a good place to raise your queries or feedbacks about their services and products. I tried registering to the iyogi complaint form, but was unable to do so. Can you please guide me how to go about the same?
